Alex Lo is one of the "top 40 Young Journalists in America" as named by the Asian American Journalists Association. His work in production has taken him from 30 Rock to Paris to the NBA Playoffs.


As Producer of the Academy Award ® qualifying documentary feature"Sky Blossom", he logged over 25,000 miles to produce on location and conduct research in America's oldest historical archives. "Sky Blossom," his first documentary feature, was the most widely distributed documentary of 2021 —  featured in over 30 festivals; screened in theaters in all 50 states by community partners AMC Theaters and Universal Pictures; released on DVD by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment, streamed by Peacock, and broadcast on MSNBC. 

Alex got his start in producing at a local news station in 2011, where he raised his syndicated show's audience to over 3 million viewers. He currently works for NBC News National and freelances for NHL, NBA, and NCAA March Madness broadcasts.
